Robin's Kale and Leek Mac & Cheese

  • Robin's Lake and Leek Mac & Cheese: This vegetarian mac and cheese is based off of Robin's home state Washington. She uses Seattle's own Beechers cheese to create a rich sauce that goes well with organic kale and leeks. A farmers market favorite and sure to please even the meat eaters. 
  • Ingredients: Pasta, Milk, Butter, Flour, Beechers Flagship cheddar, Kale, Leeks, Spices 
    Cooking Instructions: 
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat your covered Mac & Cheese dish for 45 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Enjoy!
